Bill attended Baldwin Wallace night school studying Business Management.  He then took a job with Morgan Adhesives Company in Stow, Ohio, in sales and marketing, and later owned three companies.  Late in his career, he worked as a consultant for Brite-Line Technologies.

BiIl was an active member of the Norwalk Elks Lodge #730 for 35 years; Plum Brook Country Club, Sandusky; Huron Eagles and the Huron Yacht Club. He served as President of the Norwalk Booster Club.

Bill and his loving wife Rita shared a common interest, as they both loved to cruise.  He took pride in sharing that he has been on 92 plus cruises, and enjoyed telling all about their favorites, which were Tahiti, Rome, Mediterranean and Barbados, and of course, the Caribbean.

Surviving BiIl is his loving and caring wife Rita.  Bill referred to her as his ROCK, making his life complete.  Also survived by his daughter, Karen (David) Moehlman; son, Richard Jubak; granddaughters, Summer Moehlman, Sydney Moehlman, Janel Jubak; grandson, Chase Jubak; and nephew, Dale Mochko.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Jubak; and half-brother, John Mochko, and Craig Mochko.
