Teresa M. (Larizza) Johnson

HURON - Teresa M. (Larizza) Johnson, 89, of Huron, passed away at her daughter's home in Huron, Tuesday, June 23, 2020.

   She was born November 11, 1930 in Huron and was a lifelong resident.

   She was a very active member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Huron, and the Altar and Rosary Society.  She enjoyed baking and entertaining her family, especially her grandchildren.

   She is survived by her daughters, Tina (Dan) Sevenbergen of Huron, and Maria (Steve) Pounds of Castalia; her sons, Dominic (Karen) Johnson of Sandusky, Andrew (Maureen) Johnson III, of Ontario, OH, and Eric Johnson of Huron; 11 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

   She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Johnson; parents, Antonio and Eufamia (Pisano) Larizza; sisters, Mary Worley, Lucy Vercillo, Angie Fortney, Delores Larizza and Rose Larizza; and brothers, Frank, Dominic, Rockie, Ralph, and Anthony Larizza.

   A funeral mass will be held Monday, June 29th at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, 430 Main Street, Huron with Father Gerald Ceranowski officiating.

   Burial will be in Scott Cemetery, Huron.
