Sandra Ann (Carvey) Kingseed

HURON - Sandra Kingseed, 83, of Huron passed away on Sunday December 27, 2020 at Admiral's Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was born in Norwalk Ohio in 1937 and graduated from Norwalk High School.  After high school, she married David C. Kingseed and moved to Huron, where she worked as a Huron City Police Dispatcher.  She then took time to raise her family and ultimately worked as a realtor in the Erie County area for over 20 years.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Huron; Order of the Eastern Star; Cub Scout Den Mother, Huron; and Girl Scout Leader, Huron.

She is survived by daughter, Kirsten (Mark) Tanis of Buffalo Grove, IL.; son Kyle (Diana) Kingseed of Vienna, VA; daughter-in-law Caryn Kingseed; grandchildren Ryan, Caitlin, and Logan Tanis, Hope Kingseed, and Erin (Kingseed) Jones; sister Candace (Carvey) Filip and niece Meaghan (Filip) Sapon.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years David C. Kingseed; her son, Christopher A. Kingseed; her father Dick Carvey; her mother Vivian (Wheeler) Carvey, and her nephew Brandon Filip.

Private burial will take place at Scott Cemetery, Huron.
