Rosemarie Codner, 78, of Vero Beach FL, was called home after a courageous battle with cancer on December 31, 2021.

She was born November 10, 1943, in Bridgeport Connecticut. She moved and raised her family in Cape Coral Florida and then moved to Brecksville Ohio. She and “Armie” then retired and returned to Florida in 1992.

Rosemarie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother (YaYa) and dedicated to her family. She loved playing cards with her sister, traveling to casinos, WWF, football, and entertaining friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Lippert (Bob) of Huron; her sister, Anna Mae Frenzik, SSND of Sebastian FL; granddaughters, Sammy and Sophie and her fiancé Augie Altadonna of Sebastian; step granddaughter, Ally Lane (Dustin); and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Josephine Frenzik; husband, Armando Codner; son, Joseph; her brother, Richard; and her best buddy, Scooter.

There will be a Catholic funeral mass on Thursday January 6, 2022 at 10am at St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church, 13075 US Highway 1 Sebastian, FL 32958, and a service to follow in Ohio at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Humane Society of Vero Beach, 6230 77th St., Vero Beach, FL 32967, or Halo Rescue, 710 Jackson St., Sebastian, FL 32958.
