Roger Tompkins Obituary
Sandusky, Ohio - Roger. A. Tompkins, 79, passed away February 25, 2020 after a brief illness. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 18, 1940 to the late Richard and Nina Tompkins. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sandusky and also a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his daughter Sandy (Tom) Jones of Sandusky, daughter in-law Beth Tompkins of Sandusky, sister Mary J. (William) Siepel of Columbus, and brother Gerald L. (Charlene) Tompkins of Columbus. Also surviving are his grandchildren Devon Jones, Camerynne Jones, Thomas Jones Jr., Kyle Jones, Melina Tompkins, Vanessa Tompkins, Jackson Tompkins, Brandon M. Myers, and numerous great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brothers Richard A. Tompkins Jr. and Paul E. Tompkins, son Allen Tompkins, and stepmother Ethel.
