HURON - Judith Arlene Klaholz, 77, Huron, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.
Judy was born on September 21, 1942 to John Jr. and Marjorie Klaholz.
She had a passion for teaching and cooking. Miss Klaholz was a second grade teacher in Huron for many years. She and her cousin, Pam, also owned and operated PJ’s Restaurant and Catering.
Judy will be dearly missed by her sister, Donna Klaholz; her nieces, Amy McKinley, Melisa (Andrew) Gates, Jennifer McKinley, Rebekah (Thomas) Cupp; her great nephews and great niece, Dexter, Konrad, and Elaena; and many friends.
There will be no public memorial service for Judy.
In lieu of flowers, and in her honor, eat a delicious meal with someone you love (from a locally-owned restaurant if possible), teach a child to write in cursive, always use a helping verb with “seen”, and choose to be kind.

Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron is assisting the family.
