Janice May Dircks

Janice May Dircks, 90, of Huron, passed away on August 2, 2023 at Parkvue Care Center in Sandusky.

A lifelong resident of Huron, Janice was born on February 12, 1933 to the late Fred and Ivah (Chapman) Grisell.

She is survived by her sons, Steven (Kim) Dircks and Kevin (Lisa) Dircks; granddaughters, Emily and Cassandra; as well as nieces, Kaye Gorman and Susan Kovacs and their families.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; sister, Gladys Kovacs; and her nephew, David Kovacs.

Per Janice's wishes, there will be no public services. Her memory will be honored privately by her immediate family. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Huron United Methodist Church, 338 Williams St., Huron 44839.
