Helen J. Holl

Helen Holl, "Aunt Helen", 91, of Sandusky, passed away on November 18, 2022 at home.

Helen was born on May 25, 1931 in Bellevue, OH. She was a graduate of New London High School where she was a cheerleader. For many years, Helen worked in the auto industry for GMAC. She was a lover of life and spent her time enjoying trips to Myrtle Beach with her husband, Robert. She also was an avid golfer and managed to get a “hole in one”, bridge player, member of the Eastern Stars #438, member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and volunteer for over 15 years in the emergency room at Firelands Hospital. Helen loved watching football whether it be the Huron Tigers, Ohio State Buckeyes, or the Cleveland Browns where she had been a season ticket holder since the 1960’s.

Helen is survived by her nephew, Craig (Bonnie) Delapp; great nephews, Ryan and Jordan Delapp; and great great nieces, Greta, Evelyn, and Grace Delapp.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Holl; parents, Donald and Leontine (Werner) White; and sister, Carol Delapp.

A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main St., Huron 44839.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Stein Hospice Care Center, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky 44870 or to the Humane Society of Erie County, 1911 Superior St., Sandusky 44870.
