Georgetta E. (Foster) Stanko

Georgetta E. (Foster) Stanko, 76, of Norwalk, passed away on September 28, 2023 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

Georgetta was born on May 19, 1947, in Medina, OH to parents Veron and Lillian (Welday) Foster. For many years, she worked at Chippewa Lake Fire Dept. as a volunteer EMT and Firefighter. In her spare time, Georgetta enjoyed camping and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, George Stanko; daughter, Tamara (Tim) Howard; son, Richard (Paula) Sprunger; grandchildren, Brooks, Brandon, Blake, Jake, and Zoe; as well as nine great-grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dick Leroy.

Cremation has taken place and at Georgetta's request, there will be no services.
