Gene Bores

Gene Bores, 71, of Huron, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2025.

A 1973 graduate of Huron High School, Gene had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and trucking, pursuits that reflected his adventurous spirit and love for the open road. Wikel Bulk  express gave him the opportunity to enjoy his career doing what he loved for great people.

Gene is survived by his brothers, Tim (Cindy) Bores and Mike Bores; and his sisters, Judy Bores and Saundy Bores. He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Eve Chemberlin; his parents, Hillary and Virginia Bores; and his brother, Kenny Bores.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 20, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church in Huron, Ohio. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
