Donald “Don” A. Burrier, 91, of Huron, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2022 after a long life filled with so much love and happiness from family and friends.
He was born in Waymart, Pennsylvania on September 30, 1931 to his parents Augustine and Pearl (Mosher) Burrier. He met the love of his life, Virginia, and they married on October 3, 1954. Together they had four beautiful children.
Don served in the United States Army during the Korean War. After, he worked as a Foreman at New Departure Hyatt for 35 years. He loved watching the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers. Don is survived by his four children, Darlene (Mike) Boggs of Delaware, OH, Debra Burrier of Delaware, OH, Rita (Frank) Green of Sandusky, OH, and Donald Burrier Jr. of Huron, OH; six grandchildren, Debbie (Rob) Forest of Delaware, OH, Britni Macek of Delaware, OH, Brooke (Kyle) Smetzler of Clyde, OH, Jaide Alexander of Sandusky, OH, Haley Burrier of Cleveland, OH, and Jenna Burrier of Lakewood, OH; as well as six great grandchildren, Cameron, Bryson, Braydon, Keldon, Kinsley, and Boone.
He is preceded in death by his parents and beautiful wife, Virginia “Jean” Burrier.
