Dennis Charles Jablonski

“Dennis C Jablonski, age 83, passed away peacefully on October 4th, 2023.  Dennis grew up in Independence, raised his family near Peninsula then retired to Huron, OH.  He leaves behind his beloved wife Marlene (Mahnke) / daughter Cheryl, sons Scott (Sherry), Erik (Stacie) and Kevin (Lisa) in addition to grand children; Sara, Leah, Braydon, Kyler, Kessa, Ella & Bohden Jablonski, Craig VanDemark. Dennis was an army veteran serving a tour of duty in Thailand.  He was a paramedic and volunteer fireman.  He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman and was alway up for a hike in the woods with our beagle “Max”.  He enjoyed motor boating and sailing for many years and made his own wooden boats.  He was an amazing artist who left countless paintings as his legacy with his many children and grandchildren. 

Join us as we celebrate his life on Saturday October 21, 2023 at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church (6034 S Locust St, Peninsula, OH  44264) between 11:00-12:00pm.  Following the mass there will be a light lunch provided.”
