Norwalk- Charlotte M. Boucher, 85, passed away Thursday evening August 26, 2021, at Providence Care Center in Sandusky, OH.
She was born January 10, 1936, in Meriden, CT and was the youngest daughter of William and Minnie Harriot. She was raised, worked, married, and had four children in Meriden before moving to Sandusky in 1968.
Charlotte was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, participating in activities with the ladies of the Red Hats Club, and playing cards.
She is survived by her four children, Debbie (Garry) Balduff of Norwalk, David Boucher of Austin, TX, Diane (Matt) Ruff of Sandusky, and Donna (Andrew) Garman of Manheim, PA; six grandchildren, Jason, Brandon, David, Aaron, Morgan, and Isabel; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lorraine and Evelyn; brothers, James and William; and her husband, Normand, in 2003.
A private service with entombment was held at Meadow Green Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron. Pastor James Hodsden officiated.
