Carol (Berardi) Hardy

Huron- Carol (Berardi) Hardy, 67, passed away peacefully at Stein Hospice on July 21, 2021 after a long illness.  

Carol was born in Sandusky, Ohio on December 5, 1953 to Albert and Roseanne (Muscolo) Berardi. 

Carol had a heart of gold. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Carol’s greatest gift was her love for others, especially her children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Carol will always be remembered for her beautiful voice and her love for singing to children.  

Carol is survived by her loving husband and caregiver, Tom Hardy; two sons, Jim (Jessie) Berardi and Tony (Alyssa) McGue; 10 grandchildren, Lexi, Libbi, Max, Jackson, Bella, and Braxton Berardi and Evan, Amelia, and Taylor McGue; stepdaughter, Rachel (Aaron) Williams; and granddaughter, Olivia. She is also survived by her siblings Bob Berardi, Denise (Larry) Waaland, Joanne (Dave Finger) Berardi, Maria Berardi, Sue (Larry) Fawcett, and Al (Darcy) Berardi.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Roseann Berardi, and sister, Lori Berardi.

Friends may call Monday July 26th from 1pm until time of service at 3:30 pm at Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main Street, Huron.
