Abby Nicole Noftz

Abby Noftz, 28, of Norwalk, and formerly Huron, passed away unexpectedly on July 9, 2022.

Abby was born on February 4, 1994 in Norwalk, OH. She was a 2012 Huron High School and Ehove honors graduate with a healthcare technology focus. She had worked as a home health aide, waitress, and was also working toward getting certified to be a nail technician. Abby was known by most for her bubbly personality and kindness. She was loving, happy, selfless, funny, and always trying to put a smile on others faces. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and most of all, taking care of others. 

Abby is survived by daughter, Aubriana Schmitz; her parents, John Noftz and Jody Marez; sisters, Anna (Jeremy) Lehmann and Sophie Lucas; brothers, John (Ciara) Noftz and Logan Lucas; grandparents, Jerry (Rita) Thompson and John (Alice) Noftz; special great aunt, Marsha Noftz; as well numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her sister, Gracie Lucas, and great grandparents, Vincent and Stella Smith, Eugene and Alta Noftz, and Harry and Virginia Thompson.

Family and friends may call on Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 2 - 6 PM at Foster Funeral Home, 410 Main St., Huron 44839. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 10 AM at Scott Cemetery, Huron Avery Rd., Huron.
