HURON – Rosemary Katherine Faulkner, 85, of Huron, passed away Saturday, Oct 13, 2018 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.
She was born August 2, 1933 in Monroeville and lived in Huron for the past 55 years.
She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1951. She worked for Behnke’s Telephone Answering Service in Sandusky for 34 years.
She attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Sandusky. She enjoyed traveling, reading, card games, dining out, and spending time with her family, and especially her grandkids.
She is survived by four daughters, Theresa Routsong, Kathy Gropp, Traci (Pete) Kowpak , all of Sandusky, and Carol (Jimmy) Melville of Huron; two sons, Bill (Mary) Faulkner of Sandusky and Eric (Missy) Faulkner of Huron; 18 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Faulkner in 1999; sisters, Pauline Frankart and Mary Kenyon; brothers, Gregory Frankart Sr, William, James, Paul, and Marvin Frankart; a niece Jaquline Frankart; a son in law, Darrell Gropp; and granddaughter Rosemary Zander.
Friends may call Friday, Oct 19th from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main Street, Huron where wake service will be at 7 p.m.
Cremation has taken place.
