HURON – Henry Jacob Stout, 19, of Pataskala, died June 9, 2019, accidentally on the Huron Pier.
He was born September 21, 1999 in Columbus and graduated from The Graham School, Columbus in 2017. He worked for Bellhops Moving Company, Columbus. He was a Black Belt in Aikido, studying Filipino Stick fighting and a Parkour enthusiast. He taught religion class at St. Pius X Church in Reynoldsburg and a member of the church choir. He was a friend to all and loved the outdoors and adventure. He had no strangers in the world and a heart of gold.
He is survived by his parents, Chip and Sharon (O’Shea) Stout of Reynoldsburg; his sister, Jessi Stout of Dresden, OH; and a sibling, Donovan Moore, US Marie Corps.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Francis O’Shea; paternal grandparents, Larry and Lucy Stout; and an uncle, Dion O’Shea.
Friends may call Monday, June17th from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main Street, Huron. Mass will be held Tuesday, June 18th at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, 430 Main Street, Huron, with Rev. Jeffrey McBeth, officiating.
Burial will be in Scott Cemetery, Huron. A memorial service in Columbus will be announced at a later date.
