following a lengthy illness.

   He was born March 18th, 1946, in Port Clinton, to Louise Jean (Daum) and Ralph Jackson Foxworth. Jerry

was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and retired from Delphi, Sandusky.

   Jerry was an avid collector of many "treasures"; he valued his coin collecting the most. He enjoyed

playing cards and spending time with his friends.

   He is survived by his brother James Foxworth of Georgetown KY; sister, Mary Margaret (Foxworth)

Rogers, of Tampa, FL; sister in law, Lesley Foxworth of Huron; special friends, Anna Smith and Jeff Howard

of Huron and many nieces and nephews.

   He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Jack Foxworth, Donald Foxworth and John Foxworth;

Sisters, Jo Anne (Foxworth) Dietrich, and Carol (Foxworth) Tatum.

   At Jerry’s request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later

date.
